How We Run the Slot Magic Lobby

Every Slot Magic tile names the studio that built it: Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming and the rest. We don't rebuild the reels or hold a paytable of our own. The game runs on the provider's random number generator, and the paytable you open from the info button is the one they shipped. When a studio publishes RTP, it appears on the tile. When it doesn't, we leave the gap rather than fill it with a number. That's the rule we hold ourselves to.

Studio Name on Every Tile

You can see who made the game before you open it, Pragmatic Play for Gates of Olympus, PG Soft for Mahjong Ways. If a tile has no studio label, it isn't part of Slot Magic.

Paytable Matches the Provider

Open the info screen on any Slot Magic game and the symbol values you read are the ones the studio shipped. We don't edit paytables, and we don't run a separate set of odds.

RTP Where It's Published

Some studios publish a return-to-player figure on the game card, some don't. When it's there we show it as given, with the game's own volatility label beside it.

Round Records Stay Yours

Each spin is logged against your account with a round ID, so you can pull up what you played. Ask support and we'll match a specific round to your Slot Magic wallet history.

SLOT MAGIC HELP

Get Help While You're in Slot Magic

If a Slot Magic round freezes mid-spin, close the tile and reopen it from the same lobby. The round ID stays attached to your account and the result is stored server-side, not on your phone. For anything about a bKash, Nagad or Rocket deposit that didn't land, message our support desk from the in-app chat and paste the wallet transaction ID. Keep the screenshot too. That one line is what lets our team trace the payment and match it to your Slot Magic balance.

Round Not Settling

Screenshot the round and note the game name and round ID. Send both through the in-app chat and we can check the provider's log for that specific spin on Slot Magic.

Wallet Deposit Check

If bKash, Nagad or Rocket debited you but the Slot Magic balance didn't move, send the wallet transaction ID and the amount in Taka. We trace it from the payment side first.

Session Keeps Logging Out

Clear the browser cache or reopen the app, then log in again with your one-time code. If it repeats on the same network, tell us your phone model so we can narrow it down.

Open Slot Magic and See What's Inside

Slot Magic is where we keep our magic-and-mythology slot rooms together: Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, plus PG Soft's Mahjong Ways for the days you want a slower, tile-matching rhythm. Every room runs on the studio's own reels and paytable, so the rules shown on the info screen are the rules the game actually plays by. Tumble mechanics, multiplier

symbols and scatter triggers work exactly as the provider built them. We name the studio on each tile, and we show RTP only where that provider publishes it. Open one on mobile data and it keeps the same layout it has on desktop.

Plain Terms for Slot Magic Rooms

01
What does volatility mean on a Slot Magic game?

Volatility describes how a slot pays out: low volatility returns smaller amounts more often, high volatility returns less often with bigger swings. The studio sets it, and we show the label where published.

02
What is a tumble mechanic?

In a tumble slot, winning symbols drop off the reels and new ones fall in to fill the gaps, so one spin can produce several linked wins before the round ends.

03
What is a multiplier symbol?

A multiplier symbol raises the value of a win it attaches to, usually by a set factor. In Slot Magic rooms it often lands during a tumble chain and stacks as the sequence grows.

04
What is a scatter symbol?

A scatter is a symbol that pays or triggers a round regardless of where it lands on the reels. Slots usually need a set count of them, and the paytable says how many.

05
What is a bet level on a slot?

Bet level is the stake you set per spin, made up of a coin value times the number of lines or ways. Change it before you spin, not during a round.

06
What is a round ID?

A round ID is the reference number the studio assigns to one completed game round. You can quote it to support so we can look up that exact spin in the provider's records.

Slot Magic Questions You Ask Us Most

No. Slot Magic runs off the same account wallet you use for the rest of the lobby, so a bKash, Nagad or Rocket deposit covers it. One balance, one withdrawal request.

Yes. The tiles load in the browser or in-app, and a round that drops mid-spin is picked up from the server when you reconnect, so your phone state doesn't decide the result.

Where the studio offers a demo mode, the tile carries a practice option and you can run the reels without money. Not every provider enables it, so check the tile before you open it.

The studio settles the round and the amount is credited to your account wallet. If the balance doesn't match what the paytable says, quote the round ID to support.

Because that studio doesn't publish a return figure on the game card. We leave it blank rather than print an estimate, and the paytable still shows every symbol value and rule.

Yes. Your account wallet is shared, so you can leave a slot room and open our cricket markets for BPL or international fixtures without moving money. Odds and fixtures sit on the sportsbook side, not here.
